CONNECT2Her 's Leadership Training is an online program that prepares you to start and lead your own local circle — a real, in-person gathering of women in your community who are looking for exactly what you are: connection, growth, and support. You won't be doing this alone.
Every circle leader stays connected to CONNECT2Her headquarters, with guidance and backup whenever you need it.In the past we gathered — around fires, in kitchens, over wells and washing lines and porch steps. We raised each other's children, carried each other's grief, celebrated each other's joys, all within arm's reach. That closeness wasn't a luxury. It was how we survived, and how we stayed whole.
Today, many of us live more connected than ever online, and more isolated than ever in person. That disconnection isn't a personal failing — it's a first in human history, and our bodies and hearts still feel the absence of what we were built for.
We're just beginning here — this is the part of Connect2Her that's still being built. The goal has always been women meeting in person, in their own city, and today that starts with finding the women willing to be trained and lead the first ones. If that's you, we want to know who you are.

When you're ready, we'll walk you through it step by step: training calls, a handbook built for leading a circle, ongoing support from CONNECT2Her headquarters, and a listing as the local contact for your area. You don't need to have it figured out. You need to want other women to have what you didn't — a place to belong.
