Empowering Women, Building a Community

CONNECT2Her
A movement for the awakening woman
Our Vision
To nourish and guide women into a higher level of awareness, connection, and heart—
awakening the noble woman within,
the HER she was always meant to be.
Our Mission
We exist to create a vibrant and supportive community where women feel truly seen. We champion holistic well-being and cultivate a culture of kindness, creativity, and encouragement. From this, a natural ripple effect emerges, touching families, communities, and future generations.
Why We Matter Now
After years of increasing disconnection, especially following COVID, many women feel isolated, overwhelmed and without a true circle of support.
At the same time, something deeper is awakening:
A desire for real connection and healthier living
A desire to live with purpose and meaning
Connect2Her is a response to that desire.

WHERE IT BEGAN
I grew up in a small Austrian village, raised by older parents who loved me with a completeness I didn't fully understand until I became a mother myself. They gave me what I now call a full love tank — the deep inner knowing that you belong, that you are enough, that you are loved. That foundation is the reason I have been able to give so freely for thirty years.
When I came to America as a young woman, I carried that love with me. And I noticed something. Around me were young couples and families — good people, not in crisis, not broken — who were quietly struggling. There was no real support for the ordinary family. You had to be in severe distress to qualify for help, and even then, most of what was available was clinical, expensive, or both. I started gathering people in my living room. Not because I had a plan. Because I saw a gap, and I couldn't not fill it.
THIRTY YEARS OF FLYING
My work took me into people's homes. Literally. I became what my clients called the flying coach — traveling to families across America and beyond, conducting two-day intensive healing sessions in the places where families actually live. Not in an office. At the kitchen table. In the living room. Where the real life happens.
In those two days, something would shift that years of weekly therapy hadn't touched. I taught parents to truly hear their children — often for the first time. I guided families through generational wounds: how pain passes silently from one generation to the next, and how awareness, honesty, and presence can break cycles that have run for decades.
One family in Mexico stays with me still. The father had prepared, on his own, profound letters for each of his children — honest, loving, unflinching. He read them aloud. The room dissolved into tears and embrace. A family became real to each other in a single afternoon. That is the work. That is what is possible when a parent is willing to go first.
WHEN EVERYTHING PAUSED
In 2022, breast cancer stopped my practice. I moved to Las Vegas to be near my son and focused on healing. It was a disorienting winter — a new city, a new home, recovery, and an aloneness I hadn't anticipated after a lifetime of being surrounded by community.
I got on my knees and prayed. And in that quiet, something answered. A whisper I recognized as something larger than myself: invite women to your living room.
So I did.
THE BIRTH OF CONNECT2HER
Women came. Quickly, and drawn by something they felt before I had spoken a word about what I was building. At a book signing shortly after, I met a woman who was captivated by my story. That night, together, we created the name that held everything I had been carrying: Connect2Her.
Three meanings, layered into two words. Connection to Her — myself, my own depths, the woman I am still becoming. Connection to Her — the sister beside me, the woman I haven't met yet who needs what I carry. And connection to Her — the Divine, something above us both that has been guiding this all along.
I had spent twelve years as a Girl Scout leader in Austria, building a troop that still exists today. I knew what it meant for a young woman to find her community, her confidence, and her calling inside a structure that believed in her. I want that for every grown woman. A place that travels with her — wherever she moves, wherever she is in life — where she is always known.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe every woman carries within her a noble calling. Not as a distant aspiration — as a present reality, waiting to be recognized and lived. I believe that when women are truly nourished — in community, in wisdom, in honest connection — they become the most powerful force for healing in any family, any community, any generation.
And I believe that the women I am looking for already know this. They feel the longing. They have tried groups that didn't hold them, events that left them as alone as before they arrived. They are looking for something real.
Connect2Her is that something.
